✈ Tips for a strong performance
Speak as you would in a real interview. Full sentences, not one-word answers.
For situation questions, always say what you would do first, then what comes next.
Show empathy with passengers, use words like "I understand" and "I would help by..."
Mention the airline you chose by name in your airline question, not just "this airline."
Aim to speak for at least 30 to 45 seconds per question. Do not rush.
Find a quiet space. Background noise can affect how well the microphone picks up your voice.
Important: Once the interview starts, you cannot pause or go back to a previous question. Treat it exactly as you would a real panel interview. Your answers and scores are shared with your Ellan trainer for review.
Voice-based · Instant PDF report
Board your mock interview before the real one.
Speak your answers out loud, just as you would in front of a real panel. A voice interviewer will ask you questions drawn from real cabin crew and ground staff selection rounds, then hand you a scored report card the moment you land.
